Silver Stag Server License

1. Grant of License

Silver Stag hereby grants to you, the Licensee, a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as expressly set forth herein), worldwide license to install and use the Licensed Fonts on servers owned, leased, or controlled by the Licensee. The Licensee is also allowed to allow end users to access and use the Licensed Fonts within the server products to generate dynamic content, such as PDF invoices, custom business cards, or other personalized products.

2. Permitted Uses

The Licensee may use the Licensed Fonts on servers owned, leased, or controlled by the Licensee to generate dynamic content, such as PDF invoices, custom business cards, or other personalized products. The Licensee may also distribute the generated content to end users.

3. Prohibited Uses

The Licensee may not:

Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Licensed Fonts to any third party.
Modify, disassemble, or decompile the Licensed Fonts.
Use the Licensed Fonts to generate any content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.

4. Term and Termination

This License shall commence on the date that you download or purchase the Licensed Fonts and shall continue in effect until terminated by either party. Silver Stag may terminate this License at any time if you breach any of the terms of this License. Upon termination of this License, you must immediately cease using the Licensed Fonts on your servers and delete all copies of the Licensed Fonts from your servers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Silver Stag disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the Licensed Fonts, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Silver Stag shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Licensed Fonts, even if Silver Stag has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Entire Agreement

This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

9. Severability

If any provision of this License is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this License and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Headings

The headings in this License are for convenience only and shall not affect its interpretation.

11. Counterparts

This License may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
