Silver Stag Web Font License

1. Grant of License

Silver Stag hereby grants to you, the Licensee, a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as expressly set forth herein), worldwide license to embed the Licensed Fonts in web pages and serve them as CSS fonts for use on your website(s).

2. Permitted Uses

The Licensee may embed the Licensed Fonts in web pages and serve them as CSS fonts for use on their own website(s). The Licensee may also sell or distribute the web fonts to their customers, but only as part of a larger product or service, such as a website theme or template.

3. Prohibited Uses

The Licensee may not:

Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Licensed Fonts to any third party as standalone fonts.
Modify, disassemble, or decompile the Licensed Fonts.
Use the Licensed Fonts in any way that would violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. Term and Termination

This License shall commence on the date that you download or purchase the Licensed Fonts and shall continue in effect until terminated by either party. Silver Stag may terminate this License at any time if you breach any of the terms of this License. Upon termination of this License, you must immediately cease using the Licensed Fonts and delete all copies of the Licensed Fonts from your web servers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Silver Stag disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the Licensed Fonts, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Silver Stag shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Licensed Fonts, even if Silver Stag has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Entire Agreement

This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

9. Severability

If any provision of this License is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this License and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Headings

The headings in this License are for convenience only and shall not affect its interpretation.

11. Counterparts

This License may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
